Strategic PlanThe strategic goals of the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Lab for 2009/2012 are:
To promote qualified training of health professionals regarding all the practices of rehabilitation of people with psychiatric disabilities or experiencing social exclusion;
To develop research projects designed for the production and dissemination of scientific knowledge on the determining factors of the recovery of people with psychiatric disabilities and of those experiencing social exclusion;
To implement actions of rehabilitation, quality of life promotion and of social inclusion of people with psychiatric disabilities and of those experiencing social exclusion, focusing on the development of both functional skills and resources to suport their integration, and also to combat stigma and all other factors of exclusion;
To promote the comprehension and dissemination of the specificities concerning Psychosocial Rehabilitation, focusing on establishing partnerships with other agencies, involved on these issues, specifically those included in the Portuguese referred network of psychiatry and mental health care.
